To start, we will ask you to provide the candidate’s specifications, such as the required skill set, experience, seniority level, and more.
Step 2: Screening
We will use our database and various platforms to find the best matches for the position. Each such match will be carefully screened for his technical and soft skills
Step 3: interview
You will select candidates from our shortlist, and run with them interviews and/or exams – depending on your company hiring process
Step 4: contract
If you decide to hire one of our candidates, you might negotiate the conditions and salary directly with him/her, and after reaching the agreement, sign a contract
Step 5: our commission
We issue an invoice two weeks after the candidate starts working in your company, and charge a one-time commission.
